Booking conditions
CHALET AND MOBILE HOME RENTALS
Reservations possible for 2 nights or more, except in July and August.
Reservations must be made from Saturday to Saturday in July and August.
Pre-booking by e-mail or telephone, valid 5 working days before contract arrival
For a definitive booking, please return the attached contract with the balance of your stay.
The balance of your stay will be required no later than 30 days before your arrival date.
Security deposit: A security deposit of €200 will be required when you hand over the keys, and will be returned to you on the day of your departure once the rental has been checked.
Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Possibility of a cleaning package at €49.
Prices include :
Electricity, hot water, heating, blankets, pillows.
Access to games, swimming pool and campsite facilities.
Prices do not include: Tourist tax, cleaning fee, sheets and towels.
Cancellation fees :
More than 30 days before the start of your stay: the deposit will be retained.
Less than 30 days before the start of your stay: the full amount of your stay will be retained.
Change of departure or arrival
In the event of early departure or late arrival, no refund will be given and the full amount of the stay will be due.
CAMPING PITCH
Reservations possible from 7 nights. Subject to availability.
For a definitive booking, please return the attached contract with a deposit of approximately 1/3 of your stay.
Change of departure or arrival after a pitch reservation. Invoicing begins and ends on the days indicated on your reservation contract. If your arrival is delayed or your departure is brought forward, the full amount of your stay will be due.
Prices include: Hot water, access to games and campsite facilities.
Not included: Tourist tax and electricity.
General information
Liability: La Palatrière cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury, irregularity, loss or theft of personal property. Children remain the sole responsibility of their parents on the campsite.
Unsupervised private swimming pool: Children are the responsibility of their parents. Children who do not know how to swim properly must be accompanied to the pool by an adult.
Spa: 14 years and over only. Lycra swimsuit mandatory
To ensure that everyone has a pleasant vacation, the management of La Palatrière reserves the right to exclude anyone who does not comply with the campsite rules and regulations.
