Booking conditions

* CHALET AND MOBILE HOME RENTALS

- Bookings possible from 2 nights except in July and August. 
- Booking required from Saturday to Saturday in July and August.

- pre-booking by e-mail or telephone, valid 5 working days before the arrival of the contract.
- For a definitive booking, return the attached contract with the balance of your stay. 

- The balance of the stay will be required at the latest 30 days before your arrival date.

- Deposit: A deposit of 200 € will be required when you pick up the keys and will be returned to you on the day of your departure after the rental has been checked.

- Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants. Possibility of a cleaning package at 49 €.

- Prices include:

• Electricity, hot water, heating, blankets, pillows.
• Access to games, swimming pool and campsite facilities.

- Prices don't include: Tourist tax, cleaning fee, bed linen and towels.

- Cancellation fees:

• More than 30 days before the beginning of your stay: the amount of the deposit will be retained.
• Less than 30 days before the start of your stay: the full amount of the stay will be retained.

- Change of departure or arrival
  Early departure or late arrival will not give rise to any refund and the full amount of the stay will be due.

 

*CAMPING PITCHES

- Bookings possible from 7 nights. Subject to availability.

- For a definite booking, please return the attached contract with a deposit of approximately 1/3 of your stay.

- Change of departure or arrival after booking a pitch.
   Invoicing starts and ends on the days indicated on your booking contract. 
   If your arrival is delayed or your departure is brought forward, the total amount of your stay will be due.

- Prices include : Hot water, access to games and camping facilities.
- Prices don't include  : Tourist tax and electricity.

 

General information

- Liability: La Palatrière cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury, irregularity, loss or theft of personal property. Children remain under the full responsibility of their parents on the campsite.
- Unsupervised private swimming pool: Children are the responsibility of their parents.
  Children who do not know how to swim properly must be accompanied to the pool by an adult.
- Spa: From 14 years old only. Lycra swimming costume mandatory
    

In order to ensure that everyone has a good holiday, the management of La Palatrière reserves the right to exclude any person who does not comply with the campsite rules.
